I know it has been ages since my last post and really, there have been many things that had happened since then. So I decided to update and share series of blogs regarding each MAJOR updates. I wish I was able to share them during the time they actually happened but I will try my best to remember every details as much as possible.
From my last post.. Hurray! I ALREADY HAVE A JOB! Good news, eh?
There were too many interesting events that happened since that long blog about A Jobless' Thought.
I wanted to share the mobile blog I wrote during the endless applications and interviews but maybe I'll do that next time. What I will share now is how I've experience God's goodness, His sovereign purpose of giving us-His children the great destiny He has stored in all of us.
When I was praying for a job and I've asked God for the best job He could possibly give me. Of course, I don't want to lower my standards. My prayers are always specific. I tried shifting my thoughts towards my strengths, acquired learning and experience rather than linger on my fears.
After patiently waiting, I was able to get the job I specifically prayed for. I remembered that I applied for a specific position but I didn't realize that God has something more in mind. I was assigned in a better position, with better opportunities and above all, better relationships.
I am affiliated with my company a little more than a year ago and I was surprised with the kind of friendship I was able to built already. I met really good friends. I am blessed to meet great mentors too who evidently touched my life and is continually doing so.
I know I love doing what I am doing since I am enjoying my career.But there was something more! I was elected in the Employee Government that takes care of employee's needs- be it leisure, activities or any other concern.
I was not only given a job. I was given a deeper purpose. :)
